Mom's pretty excited about her latest business rush. She's going back and forth with a man on the phone about what to press in the upper right once reached home, once reached account. I hope he's not getting too tired. At least this time she is not selling juice. I don't joke. I don't say anything. She wants to do this. I should be composing this, these, emails. I'm actually a little afraid. I don't like to ask for things. Or I mean, be a hassell. Everyone has too many of them. It's a much better day. I'm not meeting my bed time goal..but I'm in a much better mood. When your crummy, man it's tough. It started out pretty bad today, but skies cleared up. I like working with the kids. Maybe not so much the part where you are in the back by yourself. I feel I would be afraid of when they come back because there is an instant pick up, more work to be accounted for, and a fast tornado sweep. But they make things much better. I am all for positive thinking and I don't like to complain, perhaps I will delete this later, but it's been a summer alright. Or maybe it hasn't been one that's the fault. I miss my summer friends and I feel like I don't get to see a lot of people. And I can't tell if I'm happy, even though there is always reason to be. The weather is a lot nicer! "It's gonna be a bright- bright- and sun shining day" is playing in the background. How appropraite. Time just goes by. I have a good 7 classes of Art History II left. Carol's good. She's cute. I don't feel like we are covering as much as we need to, but I'm getting by. The hardest part for me is catching the bus after class. It's supposed to end at 9 but she usually keeps us till around 9 20 and the 70 likes to show up approaching 10 o clock so I usually make friends with the glass next to the T-Mobile shop. The most interesting folk ride that bus. But there could be cooler. It's so great that Andrea is at the center this summer! She's unbelievably encouraging.  If I've learned anything, life is just so much about pushing your way through, especially through yourself.Tom morrow can be beautiful. I should send the email. Hopefully I'm not asking too much. Just ask me to give.
Thanks for reading again! I'm sure it doesn't concern you, and time is time.

I live in a wonderful galaxy and naturally, it is a friendly place to live. The whole idea of books like The Secret and The Alchemist is an urge to allow the universe inside of you to bloom. Although large in scale, some how every molecule that makes up every object and being is delicately connected. Your life, your dreams move these particles.

Some how I am so blessed and have been so indescribably honored to run into the most incredible hearts. I am so speechless. You are my life source. Such experience is empowering. My only dream is for the each individual in the world can realize their importance, how connected to the globe they really are, and to continue to dream. My parents are not American and have no idea about fashion or television and they give me everything they can and some how my journey has been so undeservingly rewarding.
I don't know if you believe in the Big Bang, or an Intelligent Designer vs Evolution, however I do think it is reasonable to believe there is a beautiful Love that moves everything as well as exists in everything. So I say thank you to Love.
I do have doubts. But you know, my life, your life, is worth taking the chance. I am so happy I met you Tim. You are such an inspiration.  May designers continue to save the world and these moments are forever in my heart's treasure box.

Summer Scent: Favorite Colognes

10:53 PM Michael 0 Comments

Hi there! Here are a few of my current favorite men's colognes. I obviously haven't smelled every one on the planet, but if you are looking for one might a suggest a few ideas.
Why wear cologne? Well actually, cologne works together with your pheromones, your natural signature scent that makes you attractive, and enhances this attraction and makes the kids, or adults, come running! Isn't that so neat. Pheromones sell for big big bucks.Smelling good builds confidence. And naturally so because our ability to smell makes things and people more likable. Just think about food. Sure some make the others go the other way, but the trick is to find what's right for you. ...And not put on too much. There are so many to choose from. My only help is probably to go the high road when getting a cologne and purchasing a "familiar" or "trustworthy" name. You'll probably be more satisfied, as well as the people around you and you will be getting more of your money's worth.
So here are 3 that caught my attention:

Versace Versace Man Eau Fraiche: This is a really fresh lemony alcoholy (...in a good-esque way) scent. I think "blue" colognes are typically a good way to go for the summer. They are fresh, light scents with that attraction factor. I wouldn't say I am deathly in love with this scent, and probably slightly older, ...and possibly even more masculine, than I and definitely worth noting! Versace MEF's "notes" include: White Lemon, Rose wood, Carambola, Tarragon, Cedar Leaves, Clary Sage, Musk, Amber, Sycamore Wood. The ad for this is really um, effective. Google image search. $38-68

Polo Blue: So here is another blue scent. It's funny because this one is described as evokes a feeling of the freedom of the big, blue sky and the energy of the open waters, combined with an invigorating blast of fresh air. Wouldn't it be so nice to feel like the sky! haha. This one is great! Like the typical blue scent it's fresh and showered. I'd say these are typically for the day time. But you can certainly be successful in bringing it to night. I'll let you know this is actually the cologne I use right now and it's wonderful.

I like this scent because it's appropriate for a guy that's still young as well as older. There is something that's so classic about "Polo" that's worth sticking with. And I know the brand is a little preppy, but classic is a lot of the time the way to go! It's been tested and has survived and can have the price it does and still get sold. Notes include: Melon de Cavaillon,  Lush Accord, Lush Watery Melon, Fresh Sliced Cucumber, Tangerine, Clary Sage Absolute, Geranium, Basil Verbena, Washed Suede, Velvety Moss, Amber Wood, Patchouli Coeur, Sheer Musk.
This one get's sold any where between $57-79

Burberry Brit: Now this one I love! And if you know me I am so into Burberry and their ads and fashion and their really elegant, classy London look. SO into London omgosh, and Hermione. And their scents are not in second place. What's so interesting is this is probably a little different from my typical taste buds but I'm so in love with this. I'd say this smells like well, a London Man, not a boy. You're going to laugh but I think it smells like a guy with his own apartment, keeps it clean, and has really classic taste. Not to mention smells good. It is stylish. It's notes are: Bergamot, Green Mandarin and Ginger Accord, Cardamom, Cedarwood, Wild Rose, Nutmeg, Tonka Beans, Oriental Woods Accords, Greay Musk.

A Burberry scent I really want to try out is "Burberry Touch". You're supposed to come close to it so it can "touch" you. Haha! You must think I am crazy. So recommended. $57-72

Like anything, it's an investment. But you are an investment worth investing in! I understand these might not be right for you, as we have different noses. But my little advice, for whatever its worth is you can always change your scent, but it's an association, just as what you wear it gives people a sense of you, in more ways than one. Like in all subjects in fashion I want you to feel confident! I don't have a billion years on me, but I do watch the world. Smell nice, add to the world. Maybe not too much! 2-4 sprays is usually the range you want to use. Maybe one around your neck and on your wrists, I will do a diagram sometime. These are your most effective smell points because of the heat from your pulse.
And lastly, cologne doesn't make up for a shower. Nothing can replace that.
Good luck! Michael

I'm giving credit to the wonderful websites Ask Men.com mostly for the idea to gear towards men's grooming posts and Sephora for the description on the "notes". I spend way to much time on the internet.

"Hello Hello" Hygiene: DIY

Phone cleaning basics. So I've heard of it being so important to clean your phone but I never did put together it's relationship with your skin right away. Gosh I take a while. Anyway!
Over time your phone collects bacteria from the world and when you use your phone you press up those items onto your face causing further irritation and redness.
This is credible to me because some of my trouble spots are on the upper cheeks where the phone touches.
The side I use the phone more often on is a little worse, but I do switch sides.. and it's on both. (ha I could be a clown)
So here's an easy way to keep your
phone bacteria on a minimum and at the same time give your cellular device the shine and
feel it had when it was new! This will keep you liking it longer. Don't go buy a new one! ..Unless of course this is beyond repair.

So go ahead and take your phone. This one is mine. It doesn't flip, and rubs against everything, including my keys. It's seen it's share of the earth.
  1. Take it apart, battery, backing and phone. I won't be cleaning the battery, but you can certainly take a cloth or towel and wipe it up. The battery is inside and usually stays in pretty fair condition.
2. Now take a Q-tip, dip it into isopropyl alcohol and apply it onto the phone piece (here's the backing). A Q-Tip works well because it doesn't leave behind lint. I did use a makeup pad before and it does work, but there is lint. I'm using Rubbing Alcohol here. This helps pick up the dirt and disinfect it. I did some reseach to see if what I was telling you guys was ok or reccommended, and it said to avoid using rubbing alcohol onto the "electric parts" like the battery and the phone. Apparently, it can conduct the electricity and it will be hazardous. However, being a total dare devil, I will tell you I survived. It's safer to use a higher concentration of alcohol (94 or so %) or a little windex or palmolive & water on the screen. I've also tried the tiniest bit of bleach with a large ratio of water and a bit of dish liquid. We use this to clean our dishes further. Haha. It works really well. Bleach is a germ combatant after all.

anyway, use what you have to clean the parts. The rubbing alcohol works so well! It just picks it up!
3. Clean the rest of your phone and now dry it up. Buff it with a paper towel or cloth. This will make it shine.
Here we are, cute as a button. The scratches are still there, but the phone is much more looking like it's pretty old self.
Good luck and I wish you a cleaner phone and clearer skin!
